Public days will be Saturday July 24 and Sunday July 25, with free entry to children under 16.

There will be a four-and-a-half hour flying display, with a strong historical theme, including a dogfight between two ME109s and two Spitfires to celebrate the 70th Anniversary of the Battle of Britain. They will be joined by a genuine WW2 veteran – a Mark 1 Hawker Hurricane R441.

Other highlights include aerobatics, the Black Cats Helicopter display team and the Red Arrows, while on the ground will be plenty of family fun ranging from the Bloodhound Super Sonic Car to flight simulators to the space zone.
