Hack the Sticky Keys Feature to Reset a Forgotten Windows Password
If you’ve ever forgotten your password or been asked to assist somebody else in resetting their password, there’s a lot of different ways to accomplish it. Here’s how to do it by hacking the Sticky Keys feature. Over at the 4sysops blog, they’ve written up the process of resetting your Windows password by booting off a repair disk, opening a command prompt, and copying cmd.exe over top of sethc.exe.
Diagnostics for Internet Outage
Today we had an outage on our Internet connection. This post is a reminder to myself of the commands to use on the router to determine if the link is broken and to figure out why the ISDN dialer has fired up.

Wallpaper & Photo Site Offline
I’m afraid to report that I’ve been forced to take my Wallpaper
& Photo site offline temporarily. I have been experiencing major
denial of service attacks from multiple ip address in Russia. Until I
implement some kind of download limiter I’ll just have to take the
whole site off the net.
